| How do I find out the shipping cost of my order? The easiest way to find out the shipping cost on your order is to add the item to your shopping cart and found out. All that is needed is the city, state and zip code of where you are located. Once you see the shipping price, you will be able to decide whether or not you want to place your order. Why does the cost of shipping seem so high to me? The main reason that shipping may seem to be a bit pricey is due to the fact that the amount that you will be paying is based on the weight of your order. If the product that you are ordering is going to be large, you may exceed the "normal weight charges" which are implemented by UPS or FedEx, and end up paying the Oversize rate. When can I receive my order? Generally, the soonest that you can receive your order is the next day. Although you may want to receive it the next day, this is not very likely. However, keep in mind that the sooner that you want your order delivered, the higher the price you will be paying. How do I shop online? The first thing that you will need to do is add the product that you are looking for into your shopping cart, by clicking "Add to Cart". When you are done shopping, you should click on "Shopping Cart". Next, it is important to make sure that you have the right products in your cart. You want to make sure that you have not accidentally clicked on the same product more than once. Last, but not least, you will click on "Check Out," where you will be asked to enter your personal information and pay for your order. |
